Lin San Temple

Peaceful freehold niches and ancestral tablets in Buddhist temple for eternal rest and peace of mind.

Lin San Temple was founded by Ruixiang Shifu who came from Guangdong. 20 years ago, the temple was deemed unsafe due to damage to its foundation. Consequently, it was demolished and underwent reconstruction from 2003. Lin San Temple has collaborated with Nirvana Memorial Garden to rebuild the new building. Today, the newly built Lin San Temple is a modern, three-story Buddhist temple with good feng shui and contemporary design. The grand opening was graced by Senior Minister Teo Chee Hean on 12 March 2023.

Located at 17 Lorong 12 Geylang, Lin San Temple is conveniently situated in the heart of Singapore, with multiple public transportation options available within easy reach.

The temple features a spacious main hall with an exquisite Buddha Shakyamuni statue, offering visitors a peaceful and serene environment to practice Buddhism.
